I absolutely love this Spa! I go here for my nails, and massages. Jen is fantastic at doing acrylics, she is so sweet and is a beautiful person inside and out. She can pretty much do anything you ask her (designs, shape). I started getting massages done by James and he is fantastic as well! I'm not gonna lie I was nervous letting a guy massage me but I am happy I gave him a try. He is very professional and gives the best massages ever!!! I will always recommend him and Jen. 10/10 These two go above and beyond for their guests! They deserve a raise/recognition!!

Absolutely love it here! I get my hair done by Rose who does an amazing job. It is such a spa like experience and is so relaxing. They always have beautiful gifts, smells incredible and is affordable! Love it!!!
I'm new to the area and chose The Sapphire via recommendations, online reviews, and the amenities offered. I went to the Pittston location. I had a terrific experience with the staff and stylist Nacole. They were all warm and welcoming. I only had a short wait time for my haircut and I enjoyed the displays of retail merchandise put out for the Holiday Season. Nacole was friendly and professional. I have naturally curly hair, but keep it short, which can be a challenge for some people. Nacole did wonderful job getting my hair back to the length I like, and all the other personal requests for my hair. She also trimmed my eyebrows like a pro. Checking out and making a my next appointment was a breeze. All together a perfect experience!
Sapphire is not a barber shop. It's a Salon and Spa. I'd never go anywhere else. There are 3 Sapphire Salons. The Castle in Pittston. The Spa at Mohegan Sun Casino between Plains and Wilkes-Barre and Sapphire at the Shoppes at Montage. The owners are the most wonderful people in the world. I love them. Everyone that I go to for Hair, Nails and Waxing are magnificent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The only place my 3 year old little girl feels comfortable getting her haircut at. They have a beautiful princess room. The lady did a fabulous job on my daughters hair even though there was a problem with the electric in the princess room. We had her haircut in the "big princess"room. She had a fabulous experience and we will be back! Edit 4-23-2021 Master Stylest Rose did an amazing haircut and color on my hair! I love the red color and cut my hai exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Rose!!!
I booked my daughter's 7th Birthday Party at Sapphire. It was amazing! They provided everything. The decorations and the way they decorated the room was top notch and well thought out. The gift bags had goodies that each girl enjoyed. The cake, pizza and snacks were delicious. The girls got pedicures, manicure and hair done. They enjoyed every minute of it and felt like Taylor Swifts. Thank you Sapphire for making my 7 year old birthday one of the best! It was alot of fun. I highly recommend Sapphire for birthday party. The owner of this place was so kind! She was involved with the party and went above and beyond! I couldn't thank her enough for her hard work!!
